The Spring Into Summer Grind Bootcamp is designed for women who are serious about building strength, improving their fitness, and developing habits that last beyond the program. This 12-week program combines strength training, HIIT conditioning, and accountability to help you stay consistent and push past your limits.

Whether you’re restarting your fitness journey or leveling up your current routine, this program provides the coaching, structure, and support you need to succeed.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Once your registration fee is secured, you will be added to the private Facebook group. Inside the group, you will select your preferred weekly commitment level and receive all program updates and information.

OPTION 1: Standard Bootcamp

$60 per week

Perfect for members who want structured group training and accountability.

Includes:

✔ 3 weekly bootcamp sessions

✔ Weekly nutrition guidance

✔ High-intensity strength and conditioning workouts

✔ Group accountability and motivation

✔ Support from Coach Monique and the TNE community

Billed every 7 days for the 12-week program.

Cancel anytime with a 7-day notice.

⭐ OPTION 2: Bootcamp Plus (Recommended)

$75 per week

Designed for members who want extra coaching, accountability, and progress tracking.

Includes everything in Standard Bootcamp PLUS:

✔ Weekly accountability check-in outside of regular bootcamp sessions

✔ Full progress tracking (weight, measurements, Body Fat, BMI and performance)

✔ Monthly Progress photos and priority coaching feedback

✔ Additional accountability and guidance

✔️ 10% off merchandise.

Not included:

Private training sessions or fully customized individual workout programs.

Bootcamp Plus is ideal for members who want closer guidance, faster progress, and stronger accountability.

Only 15 spots available to maintain coaching quality.
